Mission Statement

The First United Presbyterian Church is a place where the saving love of Jesus Christ is embraced in hospitality and ignited in service to the community.

What we believe -

We believe that God the Father Almighty made the heaven and earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ His only Son, who is our Lord,

We believe Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born to a virgin, Mary,

We believe he suffered, was crucified, died and was buried.

We believe He rose from the grave and returned to His Father in heaven.

We believe He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Ghost, the universal church, the gathering of believers,
the forgiveness of our sins.

We believe we will be resurrected after death and that we will live forever with Him.
