Christian Education -

or Gabe Read (309-364-3650) for details. One of
the responsibilities of the Christian Education Committee is to provide for
weekly Sunday School classes during the church year. Classes are provided
for all ages.
The committee also sponsors several special
activities throughout the year including a Lenten Soup supper followed by a
special video, a Men's Lenten Breakfast and study, Graduate Recognition
Sunday, Rally Day, which is the kick-off for beginning of Sunday
School classes after a summer break, a fall family day activity, and the
annual Christmas program which features the Sunday School classes.
During the summer, our church provides volunteers for the Community
Ecumenical Vacation Bible School. Our puppet team,
The Good
News Bearers, takes an active part in that event.

is to continue building our church in a way that will glorify Our Lord Jesus
Christ and to provide a place of worship and spiritual growth for all who
enter.
