Local Outreach: Committee members may take cookies,
pies or other goodies to those who have visited our
worship services a few times. It's our way of saying,
'Welcome' and 'Thank you for worshiping with us'.
Special gifts are provided
to members and friends for
their newborns. A soft blanket, a CD of lullabies and other
special items needed for new Moms and Dads, are delivered to their homes.
National Outreach: Throughout the year,
members of the committee remind us of the great need around the world and
ways we can help alleviate pain and suffering with just a few dollars. The Presbyterian Church (USA) supports
many national organizations in that endeavor. We participate in that support as well as contributing to many
local organizations.
This ministry is funded through the church budget. Special offerings are
also taken during the year to meet the goals of this committee.

for selling things at the market. He sends us letters from time to time to
keep us up-to-date on his studies and what he
is doing.
